The 2014 1 Lyga (also known as LFF 1 lyga) is the 25th season of the 1 Lyga, the second-tier association football league of Lithuania. The season started on 8 April 2014 and end is planned for 29 November 2014
The league is composed by 12 teams.The champions is promotionated to 2015 A Lyga and the last two teams are relegated to to 2015 LFF II Lyga
