The Bermudian Premier Division (officially the Cingular Wireless Premier Division for sponsorship reasons) is the highest level of professional football (soccer) in Bermuda, although it excludes the Bermuda Hogges, who play in the US league system.
Teams in this league (currently eight) compete for the national title and a spot in the CFU Club Championship, however, to 2010 (Devonshire Cougars),
no Bermudian club has participated in the CFU Championship. The
Bermudian clubs who participated in CONCACAF Champions' Cup, always
played as clubs of the North American zone (when zone qualifiers used), last appearance in 1992.
The bottom two teams at the end of each season are relegated to the First Division.
