The Prva HNL (Croatian: Prva hrvatska nogometna liga, also known as 1. HNL or for sponsorship reasons the MAXtv Prva Liga is the top Croatian football league competition, established in 1992. The winners qualify for the UEFA Champions League. Dinamo Zagreb are the current champions, having won their ninth consecutive title in the 2013–14 season, and are the most successful club with 16 titles overall, followed by Hajduk Split with 6 titles. 10 clubs arecompeting in the 2014–15 Prva HNL season.
The 2014–15 Prva HNL (officially known as the MAXtv Prva Liga for sponsorship reasons) is the twenty fourth season of Prva HNL, the national championship for men's association football teams in Croatia, since its establishment in 1992. The season started on 18 July 2014 and is expected to end on 30 May 2015.
The league is contested by 10 teams. Dinamo Zagreb are the defending champions, having won their ninth consecutive title in 2013–14.
